The exorbitant Formation | Deformation quilt has an unusual origin. Born from the meeting of a large painted banner and a mountain of used jeans, Formation | Déformation evokes the sometimes tumultuous journey of CEGEP students at the dawn of their adult lives.

Materials: painted banner, post-consumer recycled denim, cotton thread, polyester batting, natural Kona cotton.

This project received the Galart award in the crafts categories 2020 at the 17th edition of the event that aims to highlight the work of artists in the Centre-du-Québec region.
